How does this work?
Our office will collect information from you and handle the entire process of appealing your taxes to the Cook County Assessor's Office. This includes followthrough appeals, as necessary, to the County Board to achieve the greatest possible reduction.

What does this cost me?
If you don't get a reduction, nothing. If, as is usually the case, you get a reduction in your taxes, our fees are a percentage of the reduction.
